Partnership - We are not equipped, neither do we desire, to be involved in running social programmes. We support others who are more adept, more experienced and better placed to do so.
Employee Volunteerism - Our employees are passionate about giving back and support several worthwhile causes.

The Foundation reports to a Board of Directorss of apprpximately 10 person both internal and external persons.

The Foundation was established to
- Help bridge the digital divide in jamaica through the proliferation of FREE internet in schools;
- Support as much as possible educational initiatives in general, and specifically to help facilitate access to education;
- Foster wholesome values and attitudes;
- Assist non-profit organizations working in the foregoing areas.

- Free or subsidized computers to schools and other organizations
- "LINKS" (Formerly cycber centers) for community ICT access and training
- Free boardband internet for several NGO & COMMUNITY IT projects
- Free broadband access for all Parish Libraries
- Employee volunteerism/community outreach activities
